ISRAELI jets have rained munitions
down on the alleged location of a Hamas weapons factory in Syria, it has been
reported.
The site is believed to be the home
of a Hamas weapons factory
The jets reportedly fired down in a
region south of Hassia, 35km south of Oms.
The area is believed to have been
home to a Hamas weapons factory, operating in the region amid the chaos across
Syria.
However, media loyal to the Syrian
government have claimed the location is a "copper factory".

SYRIA OPPOSES: President Bashar
al-Assad's office denounced the U.S. strike as 'reckless, irresponsible
behavior.'
It is unclear if there were any
casualties in the strike.
The Syrian army reportedly fired
back, although the Israeli military has not confirmed or denied claims they
were operating in the region.
Following the strike a warning siren
blared in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv, but this was later confirmed to be a
false alarm.
Earlier on Wednesday Russian bombers
destroyed a series of ISIS targets in a “massive airstrike” against terrorists’
facilities near the town of Abu Kamal in Syria, Moscow’s defence ministry
claimed.

Six Tupolev Tu-22M3 long-range
bombers took off from Russian territory on Wednesday and flew over Iran and
Iraq to reach their intended targets, which included ISIS strongholds and
depots storing arms and ammunition.
Russia’s defence ministry said the
bombers “delivered a massive airstrike against terrorists’ facilities near the
town of Abu Kamal in the province of Deir ez-Zor.
"The airstrike targeted
militants’ strongholds and depots with arms and ammunition.
"The data registering equipment
has registered the destruction of all the designated targets.”
